Vision: McAnally Middle School “McCat Players” choose to dream, explore, think, and connect through imaginative storytelling onstage and in the classroom. We understand the power of telling the truth through stories as actors, technicians, and crew. We value imagination, community, originality, and responsibility.
What we do: McCat Players help plan fundraisers, social events, and run front-of-house jobs like concessions during performances.
Many McCat Players also choose to audition or run tech for school productions, but it is not mandatory for club members.
How to join: we accept new members during the fall at the beginning of the school year, and in the spring after Christmas. Dues are $25 and cover the club shirt and a ticket to banquet at the end of the year.
(We are currently NOT accepting new members.)
