Hello! I’m Megan Snyder, the 7th-grade assistant principal at MMS, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to embark on my fourth year in Aledo. With 16 years in education, I’ve had the pleasure of guiding students at various stages of their academic journeys. Prior to Aledo, I spent two years as a Freshman Success Coach and a decade teaching biology at Western Hills High School in Fort Worth ISD—a role that allowed me to share my passion for science with eager young minds.

Outside of school, my world revolves around my daughter, Annalise. She’s my heart and soul, my mini. We enjoy traveling as much as time permits between our busy schedules!

I’m so excited to be here! My wife Tiffany is also in education and my daughter Madelyn is 8 months old and a bundle of joy. This is my 14th year in education, and my first in administration. I decided to make the move because I wanted to be a part of the amazing work going on here, and I haven’t been disappointed. My favorite part about being here so far is marveling at how dedicated the teachers and students are about everything they do. It’s exciting to be a part of a team where people strive for greatness together. I’m excited every time I walk through the front door.
